House Updates.

Inspection completed. Most pressing: wiring/electrical issues and the 19-year-old water heater. In light of quick closing, accepted money against issues and going ahead. Roof good, foundation good, one side of the house needs to be repainted, and the attic is getting too hot and they're venting the bathroom directly into it. Nothing major other than the above. Woot!

Update:
Lee talked to the current owners, who were moving out the same day as the inspection. They didn't know what the space under the little pool thingy is either, but had been using it for a doghouse. Any naked men or women would have to be very small, less than a foot high. But bigger than Smurfs.
